Three Essential Lessons from DEI Maturity Model Assessment
In 2022 WillHouse Global invited 500 HR and diversity directors to take the Culture of Belonging Organizational Self-Assessment. A total of 183 (36%) respondents from companies across diverse industries completed The Culture of Belonging Organizational Self-Assessment. Each respondent took the survey in representation of their respective organizations.
The results of this assessment helped us map an organization's DEI Maturity Model (each stage of maturity comes with its own obstacles and opportunities).
Additionally, we assessed each organization against the seven pillars of belonging (we learned exactly what areas of an organization need the most support!).
